Booking specialist
Own the enquiries and the diary - convert bookings, keep the system clean, and run our instructors close to full.
The job
Every good week at Peak starts as a well-built diary. This is the person who builds it.
You are the first voice a client hears, and the one who turns an enquiry into a confirmed booking. The role moves three numbers directly: conversion rate, customer satisfaction, and how close to fully utilised we keep our instructors.
The two rules
No enquiry left unanswered. Every channel gets monitored - shared inbox, WhatsApp, phone, booking platform notifications, social inboxes - and every new enquiry gets a reply the same day at the latest. If you do not know the answer, acknowledge it and flag it internally. Never guess.
If it is not in the system, it does not exist. Bookings entered correctly, changes to dates, group size, instructor or ability recorded as they happen, cancellations and refunds processed to policy, and clear internal notes behind anything unusual.
A normal week
Days are the inbox and the conversions. Weekly, you look 7 to 14 days ahead: where are the gaps in instructor coverage, which bookings are complex or high-risk, what keeps coming up in customer questions. You are expected to suggest fixes to the templates and the process, not just work around them.
You will work in SkiOperator, our own booking platform, which means when something about it is wrong you tell the people who build it and it gets fixed. That is a rare thing in this industry.
What the role does not do
Change pricing without approval. Make exceptions to the cancellation or refund policy. Commit to anything uncertain without checking first. Clear boundaries are the point - inside them, you operate independently.
How we hire
Send the form below. We read every application and reply to all of them. Expect a video call, then a practical exercise - we will show you a messy week and ask how you would handle it.
